Sessions

This page displays all sessions available to you. This includes sessions for which you are the Expert as well as those for which you are the Client. It may also include sessions completed by other members of your group, if you have been granted access to them.

Access the page by

Schedule a session from the profile page of an Expert, look for the "Contact" button. Some Experts may not be available to you and will not have a Contact button.

Current status of a listed session is identified by the first column. The different values are described in the table below.

Change the meeting time of a session, if the second column is selectable. If you did not initially create the session, or if you are not the Expert, you will not be able to reschedule it. Click to popup instructions for rescheduling.

The middle column(s) indicates who is participating in the session, including a Team name, if a team is included.

The final column may include a trash can icon: if present, you can click it to delete this session. Only incompleted sessions which you created can be deleted.

Click anywhere else on the row to view the session's worksheet. Using the worksheet you can reschedule, change the meeting venue, add attachments and exchange information about the session.

Sort the list by clicking on the heading. For example, to sort by date, click on "Date" in the list heading.

scheduledScheduled / Unscheduled First stage of a session. Client should be filling out Pre-Call Questionnaire [My Input] and Personal Profile. When ready, Client will Submit answers to the Expert. Meeting may be rescheduled or removed from the calendar by clicking on the meeting time.
submittedSubmitted Client has completed Questionnaire, and submitted answers. Expert should be reviewing input and preparing for Expert Session. Client may resubmit Questionnaire if changes are required. Meeting may be rescheduled or removed from the calendar by clicking on the meeting time.
completedCompleted Client and Expert have held the Expert Session. Expert has completed the report and notified the Client. If the session includes a Session Summary Report, [SSR], the Client may view this [SSR] online. The [SSR] can also be downloaded. If no SSR is included, the Expert's final comments are included on the Client's Session Input page.
unassignedUnassigned For whatever reason, there is no longer an Expert associated with this session. Client may continue editing input, but will need to assign an Expert to this session before continuing any further.
approval-request-pendingPending To work with some Experts, you may be required to request access. If you have made the request, but the request is not yet approved, you will see this status. Once your request has been approved, the Expert will be notified and scheduling will be complete.
