Philip Bouchard has more than twenty-eight years of experience in Internet infrastructure services, telecommunications, business applications, and Healthcare IT. Previously, he held leadership positions as CEO of Global Netoptex Inc., COO of Health Hero Network, COO of Avasta, CFO of ThinkLink and CFO of Genuity. All five companies were acquired. Additionally, Philip was Director of Finance and on the IPO team at Electronic Arts and Senior Financial Analyst for IBM/ROLM. Mr. Bouchard holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and BA in Economics from Princeton University. In addition, Mr. Bouchard served in the U.S. Navy on SEAL Team 2 (BUD/S Class 99).

Peter Buckner has more than thirty years in software design and development engineering leading distributed teams with emerging and public companies. Mr. Buckner started his professional career with AT&T Bell Labs and grew with TCSI from inception through IPO becoming the CTO. Additionally, he was the Chief Technologist and General Manager for the Telecom Unit of Rocket Software following the acquisition of TCSI. Most recently, Mr. Buckner was a Partner at Four Hour Ventures, LLC where he was responsible for all design and engineering on projects ranging from E-book Publishing and E-Commerce platforms to Private Equity due diligence automation. In addition, Peter is a private pilot and has designed, developed, and marketed Aviation Weather services - AvnWx.com - that has provided more than a million weather briefings for pilots world-wide. Mr. Buckner holds an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Williams College.

Ted Judson has more than thirty-two years of marketing and business development experience, largely from his time at Electronic Arts where he was an Executive Producer and Director of Retail Marketing. During his tenure at EA, Mr. Judson oversaw the launch of more than 350 titles across multiple distribution platforms. Previously, he was a Product Manager at Software Publishing Corporation and an Advertising Executive with both Ogilvy & Mather and Ketchum Advertising. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in History from Trinity College.

Scott Ware has more than 38 years experience in newspaper journalism, including 34 years with The E.W. Scripps Company (NYSE: SSP). The Company's portfolio of media properties includes daily and community newspapers in 13 markets; Scripps Howard New Service; 19 television stations comprising 10 ABC affiliated stations, 3 NBC affiliated stations, 1 independent station, and 5 Azteca affiliated stations; and United Media. Scott was Editor-in-Chief of three Scripps newspapers: The Kitsap Sun, The Albuquerque Tribune and The San Juan Star. His staffs won major recognitions including a Pulitzer Prize finalist, two National Headliner Awards, the Nancy Dickerson Whitehead Award for Distinguished Reporting on Drug and Alcohol Problems, and the C.B. Blethen Award for Distinguished Enterprise Reporting. Scott holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Mississippi.
